Return & Refund Policy

At Origin & Oak, we want you to love your coffee as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

At Origin & Oak, we aim to get fresh coffee to your door as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

• Orders are roasted and packed fresh.

• We dispatch within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery Options (UK)

• Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £3.95

• Free Standard Delivery – on orders over £35

• Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – £6.95

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. Please check back soon for international options.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely service, occasional delays may occur beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, severe weather). We will always do our best to keep you updated.
